How Uploadir keeps active files available and protects stored uploads.

File Retention

Uploadir is designed to keep files available while they continue to be used.

A file will remain stored if it receives at least one successful view or download every six months.

Files with no successful activity for six months may be permanently removed to make storage available for active uploads.

A successful view or download resets the six-month inactivity period.

Files are stored using secure cloud infrastructure.

Files are transferred through encrypted HTTPS connections.

Files are not included in a public directory or search.

Anyone with the direct link can access the file.

Uploadir may remove files that violate its Terms of Service or applicable law.
