By using any of Uploadir.com services you agree to these terms and conditions at all times of which Uploadir.com reserves the right to modify without notification. Uploadir.com is not liable for any person who ignores these terms and conditions.

  1. 1) File Regulations

    Uploadir.com currently allows all file extensions with a maximum file size of 64MB with the exception of multiple uploads in which the accumulative must not exceed the maximum file size, there is currently no minimal.

  2. 2) Inappropriate Files

    Uploadir.com does not allow inappropriate files and it is to the discretion of Uploadir.com as to what we deem rude, offensive, corrupt, illegal, and potentially dangerous or any other reason.

  3. 3) Usage

    Uploadir.com is a website for you to upload files, you may not abuse Uploadir.com as using its services is a privilege and not a right. Uploading files to Uploadir.com that go against any terms & conditions will result in a punishment, this may limit your access to Uploadir.com or remove your access for good - you've been warned!

  4. 4) Rights

    Uploadir.com reserves the right to remove files and access to any of it's services without notification, you may or may not have the right to appeal. If your file(s) are removed and you feel it was a mistake please contact us.
